Well in the uk where i live it would be legal but imoral do you have a teacher/doctor you could confide in about this or your parents you shouldn't have to carry their secret on your own and to ask you to is unfair as it is no doubt worrying you,i would question the integrity of a man willing to have a relationship with his step daughter and think you are right to question their relationships, validity and it may be somthing they both come to regret later. good luck and try to talk to someone you trust about this as a problem shared really is a problem halved and it will at least make you feel better and less like the only person in the world whom this is burdening.
