My boyfriend has his 4 kids every fortnight for the weekend. He has 2 children from one marriage, boy 5 yrs old and girl just 7 yrs old, and 2 girls 12 and 13 yrs old from another marriage, he has them all on the same 2nd week They all share one large bedroom in his 2 bedroom house, 2 sets of bunk beds in one room.

Now the latest ex to the younger 2 kids is started complaining that he cant have his 2 youngest kids because they sharing with the two older girls and their 5 yr old boy is too old to share with a 13 yr old girl.

Does anyone know of any law for her to stop him having the kids overnight in this situation?

All the kids get on fine with one another and the 2 oldest girls don’t mind sharing with a 5 yr old boy.
