reader, anonymous, writes (28 September 2007): well i think you should take her to the doc. my mom was 8 when she started hers but everyone is differnt as i didnt intill i was 13 but my girl friend started hers when we were really young she was 6 and a half

 well, i was 10 when i started mine so although 7 is really young, i'd advise taking her along to the doctor just to see what these stomache pains are.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 September 2007): she could be starting her period as there is no actual age when you can say a girl should start! if you are concerned take her too your local doctor and ask them about it! but dont worry, its all part of growing up
