I agree with "Willy Wombat"(!)- there are often "Young Mothers" groups organised by health or young people's services, and Health Visitors would normally know about (and often organise) these.
If there isn't one near you, you could encourage your Health Visitor to start a group, as there are bound to be other girls in your situation.
