writes: Husband continued to pay ex-wife child support for five years even thou the child lived with us. We finally got full custody and judge ordered her to pay back the five years of support. If not there is normally free family law clinics in your area. The main thing i think you have to realise is that upsetting the other party is never a good idea. BUT you have to remember for your sanity that you are in the right. Take the higher ground. GOOD LUCK
