Hi,
Before you go ahead with the abortion i would sit down and make sure its really what you both want.
There are a only really a few options to getting an abortion.
* Go to see your doctor and explain you really have thought about this long and hard and have both decided its the right thing to do. He/She will then help you with your decision.
* Go private and pay for the abortion there are many places that will do it. all you have to do is get a number from the yellow pages.
Best wishes

Hi, I'm answering from the U.K., so I only really know about the healthcare system here, but I hope this helps. First make sure you have discussed your situation honestly together, so that both of you feel that you have had your feelings and opinions considered.
Then (in the U.K.) the best thing to do is to go to your G.P. (family doctor), and they can help you with advice and referring on to a clinic.
It may be possible to ask at a local family planning clinic, if you prefer not to talk to your doctor, or to get help from a Marie Stopes centre (contraception clinic), who also do unbiased counselling (i.e. not pro- or anti- abortion). Personally, I think it's better to go to your doctor, as they know more about your general health, and how pregnancy or abortion might affect you.
It is possible to go to private abortion clinics, and these are able to fit you in more quickly, but of course this costs quite a bit of money, and not every clinic is careful about offering counselling, or care after the abortion. If you do go to a private clinic, it would probably be a good idea to go and visit it first, so you can get an idea about how efficient, clean, courteous and caring it is. Any good clinic should allow you to do this, and indeed many insist that you go for "counselling" beforehand.
