reader, anonymous, writes (23 November 2006): Absolutly not, talk to the mediation service and they might advise you to get a contact or even a residence order, leaflets are free from the courts or talk to your local CAFCASS officer, the courts should be able to give you a number, it's your child as well, and you have as much rights as your ex, don't be pushed around.
