By the age of two your child should be sleeping through the night. He should also be drinking from a cup. This is often easier said than done. You need to get him into a strict bedtime routine. I have raised six children have learned through experience that if you let this continue it will be harder in the long run for him to let go of the bottles. Firstly six bottles way too much for him to be taking as milk will fill him up. You need to sit down and work out a plan. I feel the best way to go about this is to go and buy a toddler drinking cup. Introduce it to him and tell him he is now a big boy. Let him throw the bottles in the bin. He will probably be very upset but you must stay strong. He should be given the cup at breakfast, mid morning, lunchtime, afternoon and dinner time and any other time he asks for a drink. Next you need to get him into a bedtime routine. Start with bath and story and then sleep. He will ask again and again for bottles but you must keep telling him bottles are gone and he is a big boy now. You could easily have a week of tantrums and headaches from him asking for his bottle. But if you stay firm he will learn. If he wakes up at night put him straight back to bed and repeat this process until he falls asleep. If you give in at any stage and give him a bottle just to get to sleep you will be right back to the beginning. If you dont have any bottles in the house you cant give it to him. It is a hard process but well worth it. When my son was two i took his beloved soother from him which used to put him to sleep. I stuck to my guns and to my amazement after a few restless nights he went to sleep by himself and slept soundly. When he had the soother he used to wake up in the night if he lost it so my sleep was always disturbed. Stay strong.

if i were you, i would try giving your child a snack before bedtime, to help him sleep through the night. Encourage him to start drinking from cups and praise good habbits. If he wakes during the night, give a drink from a cup...not a bottle...and something light to eat, such as a cookie or something.
I hope this works for you.
