if she got the punishment she should do it.
Im guessing you didnt have to do this punishment with her and she was capable of doing it herself, so therfore for getting out of it i would punish her again so that she doesnt do wrong again.
dont be lenient with her she did wrong let her learn

If you think she has been treated unfairly then you need to put in a written complaint to the head teacher. If that doesn't work, there is the board of Governors. Clearly your daughter has done something wrong and you as a parent should support the school in punishing her proportionally. If you think she is being victimised by a particular teacher, go to the school - parental interest is often enough to prevent further 'bullying' by teachers.

2nd wot was the punishment?
If she is old enough to do this punishment by her self then i agree with the teacher as you said she deserved it.
If she's not then get your but down the school and complaine. Set up a meeting with the teacher and tell him/her there's no excuse you explained to them about your situation and thats that. Then put in a formal complaint to the head teacher.
Hope you get this sorted
