hi.
the problem you have is very common, the mother has nine tenths of the law on her side, if she refuses you access then there is a course of action you can take,it is a costly affair, you may go and see a solicitor who on your behalf will write to your wife with a time table that you wish to see your daughter, if she agrees to this then it is plain sailing, if she refuses, then you have to go back to your solicitor stating that she is being unreasonable, then more letters will be passed back wards and forwards more costs.
if the solicitor then decides that you are still getting no ware he will then put the matter before the court, yes you guessed right more costs, the court will then make an order for you to be able to see your daughter, if your wife refuses access, then i am afraid you will have to go back to court again to reinstate another order, more costs, but she may still refuse you access, then life gets very heavy from then on.
the safest and cheapest way to solve this problem is to keep in communication with your wife, and every now and again keep broaching the subject and she may give way and let you see your daughter,if not then i am afraid it will be the solicitors.
good luck.
